QA/QC Inspectors needed Urgently

TCR Arabia LLc. (Saudi Arabia), a division of TCR Engineering services (India) wants to urgently hire 5 QA/QC Engineers with the following job profile. Please submit your resume in MS Word Format including your salary expectation. Work site is near Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and we will provide a 6 months long contract. If the candidate is suitable then this contract period will be extended for upto 2 years. Food, Housing, Accommodation , Visa and Travel expenses will be borne by TCR Arabia. Candidate applying must provide their salary expectation as well as immediate date of availability.



To contribute to the operation of the Quality Control (QC) on site by preparing and  implementing components of Quality Controls Plans and Procedures according to Company Quality Control procedures.



·         To undertake QC functions in the workplace for daily QC activities.


·         To conduct inspection of raw materials, bought out items and review of Material Test Certificates (MTC) and the specification requirements.


·         To undertake tracking of materials according to project specifications.


·         To supervise and manage all Quality Assurance (QA)/QC functions in the workplace and manage a team of QC engineers and welding inspectors for day to day QA/QC functions


·         To coordinate with Non Destructive Examinations (NDE)  sub contractors for enquiry quotations


·         To coordinate with testing Agencies for Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) and all other required tests.


·         To interface and coordinate with clients for production and QC matters and coordinate with third party inspection agencies for all related inspection activities


·         To act as a focal and coordination point for ISO internal and external audits and to conduct internal and operation audits


·         To plan and undertake Subcontractor audits and reviews of Sub contractor  quality control programs


·         To interface and coordinate with clients for production and QC matters and coordinate with third party inspection agencies for all related inspection activities.


·         To prepare Inspection Test Plans (ITP) according to project requirements and client specifications.


·         To conduct job, painting and materials welding  inspections for daily activities.


·         To plan and conduct Subcontractor inspection activities and reviews of Sub Contractor activities.


·         To input data related to weld inspection.


·         To coordinate Non Destructive Testing (NDT) activities and review of NDT reports


·         To supervise staff for reporting, recording and inspection activities

·         A 4 Years Bachelors of Engineering degree in a relevant discipline.



·         CSWIP 3.1 welding inspection

·         ISO Lead Assessor Training

·         4 to 6 Years of work Experience as an Engineer with experience in ISO systems, Non destructive testing techniques, Welding techniques and inspection
